Your privacy will be protected.
At MailPound, we respect your right to privacy. Your personal information such as email address, mailing address, phone, etc., will not be revealed to any of the participating suppliers who use our lists to communicate with you. Should we change our policy, you will be given the chance to remove yourself from our lists before your information is disclosed.

You will not be spammed.
When you sign up for MailPound, you will only receive email messages from MailPound’s participating suppliers or our Partners. You have control over the type of information you want to receive. Should you request to be removed from our email list, your request will honored as quickly as possible. Since some mailings may be in production, please allow up to three (3) business days for email to cease. Every MailPound message we send out contains an opt-out link.

Personal Information
MailPound collects identifiable information when you register. MailPound may also receive identifiable information from our participating suppliers. MailPound uses this information to ensure that the information you receive relates to the type of products or business areas you sell.

Your Client’s Privacy will be protected.
MailPound offers self-service direct marketing solutions. All client data uploaded into our system is stored in a personalized and secure location. MailPound will not sell or rent any client data loaded into our system and only the registered account holder can gain access to the uploaded lists.

Supplier Webinar Registrations
Should you register for a webinar sponsored by a supplier and participate in that seminar, the information you provide on the reservation form may be shared with the supplier. This makes it possible for suppliers to follow-up with attendees.

A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our general website. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.

We also set a persistent cookie to store your password, so you don’t have to enter it more than once. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. For these purposes some of our cookies may be tied to personally identifiable information such as your email address. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s “help” file.
